About me

At Mars Real Estate, I develop residential real estate projects, install and manage sales and marketing systems. I am directly interested in the concept development, pricing, marketing and sales processes of the projects I work on. I develop land and projects and bring investors to life.

I have established a strong network in real estate in more than 40’ countries. I have both developed projects and branches of Mars Real Estate in America and Dubai. I follow the international real estate sector closely on four continents and work to bring every new development and trend to our country.

Aware of the moral responsibility of owning a home, I aim for people to build a peaceful life through a safe and transparent process. I aim to move Turkey to a strong position in the global arena by building trust and reputation in the real estate sector.

Professional Experience

2015-2018
Şanlıurfa

For me, the place where I truly entered the business world was my family’s businesses in Şanlıurfa. I took care of the quarry, concrete batching plant and hotel management. However, this was not just an operational process-the effects of the Syrian civil war in those years were shaped by a huge wave of migration and political turmoil.

The loss of our quarry’s Syrian market, the need to develop projects for refugee camps, the crisis created by hundreds of cancellations at our hotel… all of this has improved my abilities to think quickly, manage crises, and make strategic decisions in business. During this period, I made a decision: I wanted to be someone who manages change, not just do business. With this in mind, I invested in Northern Iraq to gain international business experience and had the opportunity to experience the business dynamics in the region on site.

2015
United States

When I went to America, I first worked in natural stone import and sales operations in New Jersey and Philadelphia. Here I learned about B2B sales processes and the dynamics of global trade. Then I stepped into real estate in Los Angeles. As I studied the real estate system in the US, I realized: the processes are transparent, the investor is protected, and the marketing systems work perfectly. The experience I gained at that time strengthened my idea of establishing a trust, transparency and investor-friendly structure that I felt was lacking in Turkey in the future.

2015-2018
Istanbul

When I returned to Turkey, I worked on a large urban transformation project consisting of 1,057 residential and commercial areas in Gaziosmanpaşa. This project was the first major experience in which I took an active part in every stage, from formal processes to architecture, from marketing to sales management. The most important thing I learned here was this: Real estate was about building an ecosystem, not just building a building. As soon as I realized this, I decided to change things in the industry. I wanted to establish a structure that made the industry more transparent, reliable and accessible to international investors.

2018
The Birth of Mars Real Estate

I founded Mars Real Estate in 2018’. My goal was not just to sell houses. I wanted to create a model that ensures investor confidence and prioritizes transparency and sustainability in the industry.

For this, I knew that I first needed to understand international investor movements. For the first four years, Mars marketed and handled sales management for housing projects exclusively for foreign investors. In this process:

  • We have been involved in more than 35’ real estate projects.
  • We made more than 2,000’ investors own real estate in Turkey.
  • We brought investment of over 1 billion dollars.
  • We introduced the Turkish real estate sector in more than 40’ countries.
  • We have enabled investors from more than 50’ countries to invest safely in Turkey.

But this was not enough. The real estate sector in Turkey is still in uncertainty, disorder and insecurity. When the investor entered a project under construction, he could not be sure that he would receive his house on time.
When I built Mars, I had a principle: I had to build trust in this industry.
